We never intended to stop in Roseburg, but our car started making a funny noise a few miles north of Roseburg while on I-5. We pulled off, had a mechanic in town look at our car, who told us they thought it was a transmission issue. We took our 2016 Explorer to AAMCO in Roseburg and told the gentleman at the front counter, Rex, our story. He took excellent care of us and our car. We had to rent a car for a week and a half or so until we could get back down to Roseburg, but Rex and his team met the timelines they gave us for completing the work on our car and provided us the best customer service. Rex went out of his way to ensure we were able to get our car since we were coming from out of town and we couldn’t be more appreciative. Nobody ever wants to have car troubles, but if we had to, we were lucky to have had the reason to come across AAMCO, Rex, Don and the rest of the team!
