I brought my vehicle into AAMCO after being told I had a transmission fluid leak by a local oil change outfit. Rex was very professional and listened to my concern. He was able to schedule me in for an evaluation right away. Josh thoroughly checked my engine and discovered the problem. Rex and Josh explained the issue and let me have a look at what was discovered. Ultimately, I did not have a transmission problem but a loose oil filter. Josh tightened it up and there was no charge for the service provided. I would recommend AAMCO to anyone who has a potential transmission issue as they were honest professional and exhibited excellent customer service skills.

Rex was extremely helpful. And was able to get my vehicle repaired for less than was quoted by multiple other shops.
We've owned our car for 20 years and it has been a source of pride and we have a lot of sentimental value in it. When the transmission started to fail we tried to address it ourselves but we could not resolve the issue. We took the car to Aamco where we met Rex and we cannot convey enough accolades and adjectives to express what an extraordinary Manager and Customer Service person he is. Our car is nearly 30 years old so parts are difficult to source. Rex understood our situation and his team analyzed our and though the news was not good Rex showed great empathy while explaining that the repair needed was more expensive than the value of the car itself. He looked for options for us but couldn't find anything that was viable. We took our car back home the next day and though disappointed we were very grateful for having encountered Rex. We own other, newer cars that we use daily and when they have any issues we'll bring them to Aamco and Rex - a great guy and a great company. Thanks, Dan & Peggy Young
